Blue Ox Running staff members have extensive training and experience, and like their clients, they come from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and motivations for running. Everyone at Blue Ox Running hares a passion for helping others, making people smile, and having fun. Technically, they started running in the seventh grade when they was told that if they ran 15 miles in a month, they would get a t-shirt (positive reinforcement works very well for me). However, they didn't really fall in love with running until their sophomore year of college. They decided to run the Walt Disney World Half Marathon with their sister. Although the race itself was fantastic, the training helped them stay with distance running. They adored the routine of putting one foot in front of the other to get outside and improve their mental and physical health.
