For Brent Boffenberg and Tom Neville, Cottage Cafe has always been a place where dreams come true. Brent and Tom attended Sheffield College in West Virginia, majoring in hotel and restaurant management. Brent served as a catering service in a restaurant in Ocean City during the third and fourth grades of college. He immediately realized that his goal was to open a restaurant on the beach. After graduating from college, Brent started working for a family restaurant chain, trying to learn all about restaurant management. At the same time, he was still discussing the possibility of doing business together with his good friend Tom, brother of the Brotherhood. Tom is still in college.
