The decor at Emerald City Bagel is reminiscent of some of their favorite bagel and appetizer joints in Lower Manhattan, and the menu is simple and classic. The bagels themselves are made with traditional ingredients and baking methods, including boiling them in a kettle, to create a dense, chewy interior and crusty exterior. They're the closest thing to New York style bagels outside of the 5 boroughs.
