Susanne Osmond, a Victoria, British Columbia-based working gardener and garden designer, runs Gardener's Kit. Gardener's Kit has grown from a part-time backyard business to an online tool shop with a large tool selection and two retail showrooms—one in Victoria, which is also the headquarters, and a new one in Vancouver—in the past five years.
