Founded in 2018 by two young creative minds, Wilmer Jobes Fernandez and Mikaela Jerian Maldonado, two Puerto Rican entrepreneurs working out of a small creative in downtown Ponce The Chamber started a cultural project as part of the Cultural Factory of the Puerto Rican Creative Industries and Cultural Institute of Puerto Rico.
